BY ACCESSING AND USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IN ADDITION, WHEN USING THESE PARTICULAR SERVICES, YOU SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ANY POSTED GUIDELINES OR RULES APPLICABLE TO SUCH SERVICES. ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SERVICE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

1. Definitions

• Account: The account associated with your email address.

• User: A person who purchases services from a provider through the site or app.

• Provider: A person who offers and provides services through the site or app.

• Handyman: A person who works as an employee for a provider through the site or app.

• Hire Me Express: "we," "our," "company," or "us" means Hire Me Express.

• Person: "you" or "your," the individual who visits or uses the site.

• Service Contract: The promise to perform a service for pay.

• Entered Content: Content entered onto the site by a person.

• COD: Cash on Delivery.

2. Hire Me Express Accounts

2.1 Registration and Acceptance

You must register for an Account to access and use certain portions of the Site/App and the Site/App Services. Certain portions of the Site/App are available to Site/App Visitors without registration. Hire Me Express reserves the right to decline a registration to join Hire Me Express or to add an Account of any type for any lawful reason.

2.2 Account Eligibility

To register for an Account or use the Site/App and Site/App Services, you must and hereby represent that you: (a) are an individual at least 18 years of age; (b) will use the Site/App and Site Services for business purposes only; and (c) will comply with any licensing, registration, or other requirements with respect to your business and the provision of services.

2.3 Account Profile

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information on your Profile and all registration and other forms you access on the Site/App or provide to us and to update your information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness.

2.4 Account Permissions

You agree not to request or allow another person to create an Account on your behalf for your use or for your benefit, except that an authorized employee or agent may create an Account on behalf of your business.

2.5 Identity Verification

Upon registration, you will be asked to enter your email, first name, last name, and location. You will be asked to enter a verification code to complete the signup to confirm your identity.

2.6 Usernames and Passwords

Each person who uses the Site/App must register for their own Account. You are entirely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

3. Purpose of Hire Me Express

Hire Me Express provides a platform to enable Providers, Handymen, and Users to find and transact directly with each other. Hire Me Express is not a party to any Entered Contract between Persons.

3.1 Relationship with Hire Me Express

Hire Me Express provides the Site/App Services to Persons, including hosting and maintaining the Site/App, facilitating the formation of Entered Contracts, and assisting Persons in resolving disputes. Persons are responsible for evaluating and determining the suitability of any Project, Provider, Handyman, or User on their own.

3.2 Disputes Among Users

For disputes arising among Providers, Handymen, and Users, you agree to inform Hire Me Express via email of the concern. Hire Me Express will analyze the situation and determine if the site/app is required to intervene. Hire Me Express is not subject to responding to or acknowledging all disputes between the provider, handyman, and user.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking

Users can book services through the site/app, and Providers can accept or decline the booking. All bookings must be confirmed through the Hire Me Express platform.

4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments for services are to be made in cash at the time of service delivery. Hire Me Express is not liable for any disputes arising from cash transactions.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Confidential Information

Persons agree to protect the confidentiality of each other's information with the same degree of care as they use to protect their own confidential information.

5.2 User Conduct

Persons must not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to their use of the Site/App and the Site/App Services.

6. Fees and Charges

6.1 Hire Me Express Fees

Hire Me Express may charge a transaction fee for every transaction made through the site/app. Users can also choose to pay Providers or Handymen in person, but if any disputes arise, Hire Me Express will not be liable.

7. Security

You must immediately notify us upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or security breach to the Website, your Account, or the Services and do everything possible to mitigate the unauthorized access or security breach.

8. Termination

Hire Me Express reserves the right to terminate your Account or your access to the Site/App immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Hire Me Express believes that you have breached any of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Hire Me Express reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
